Ordered 9/23. Received a tracking number on 9/26. As of 10/10 the tracking number shows no activity other than a label was printed. I’ve emailed support. No response.

Electrum Paddle and Customer Service Review

I am a long time Electrum paddle buyer, user player. Recently I purchased a new Electrum Pro Stealth Paddle as part of the Electrum Labor Day sale. In short I hate the paddle. It’s like playing with a wooden paddle, absolutely zero ball feel. I attempted to exchange and or return the paddle to Electrum using their 21 day no questions asked guarantee. I sent 3-4 emails to customer service and an email directly to an individual at Electrum. There was no response to any of the emails requesting assistance with the return and or exchange. I would have happily exchanged the Pro Stealth for a new Elite Stealth, the paddle I have played with for the past year. Now I am stuck with a new Pro Stealth, which I hate and no response from customer service at Electrum, as the 21 day return window has now expired. In short I will never do business with and or buy another paddle directly from Electrum. I still love my Elite Stealth, but when it comes time for a replacement I will purchase my next new paddle from one of the big pickleball retailers, an organization that provides customer service. Avoid dealing with Electrum Pickleball directly at all costs!
