Is Electrum still in business?

Order placed 10NOV. No shipping updates. No response from customer service. I was an Electrum promoter. I am thinking this company took my money and closed the door. Unbelievable that there is no response, no product, nothing….

Real Business? Order made, no updates on delivery timeline/status, no replies from customer service

I'm not sure if this is an operating company. The COO is a full-time student, Shop hasn't been giving updates on an in inventory product ordered over 2 weeks ago. Nobody answers the Customer Service emails. The paddle came recommended to me by a friend so I assume that they do actually make and sell products. Has anyone else felt that their order fell into a void? I noticed that many products are out of stock so maybe they're navigating a tough financial situation.

Defective paddle

This review is now my 3rd attempt to get your attention. The paddle you sent me has a manufacturer’s defect on it and I’ve emailed and messaged you twice already about it. I’m not sure why this is taking so long to here back. It’s actually ironic that this “review” is the first I’m hearing back. The paddle I ordered is still sitting in the wrapping unused because I’m waiting to hear back from you. I’m currently using a partially broken electrum pro II for the time being to hold me over and it’s very aggravating not being able to use my newly purchased one.
